This year, at
two year since that was enacted the new alcohol law or “ley Emilia” for whom
drive under the influence of alcohol in our country, has been news more than once.
This law is an amendment to the law regarding traffic offense of driving while
intoxicated. This new law makes tougher penalties and reduces the quantity
allowed of grams of alcohol in the blood than on the previous law. In a first

In our country

year, it is reported that the years 2012 and 2013 had the lowest number of Alcohol
