English learning process

Hi!

In today’s blog I go to write about my English learning process during the last six months. Really, I am not very good at other languages in fact, I don’t listen English music, nor I don't  watch movies in English. For this is that for me is very difficult clearly me  express. Also I must confess that the experience learning English at University has been very good.  I have learned a lot to communicate in English, and above all I daring me to speak in English.

I think that the blogs help me to think in English and incorporate vocabulary. Also I think that I need to be improved a lot aspects of English, because I feel that I'm learning recently. For this I began to listen music in English, watch videos, movies, and read anything’s in English, because I think that my main need is to incorporate the language.

In this learning English, I learned  to have confidence in my skill and daring to speak English, although I  have been  wrong haha

2014: Good and bad points

The time has passed swiftly as we are now almost at the end of the 2014. This has been very special year, because has been any things, good and bad. In one in one sentence, I can say that 2014 has been a year of changes.

To begin my story, I will tell you that this year I to started living with a  secondary’s friend. I lived alone for about 2 years, so I have live with someone would be a new experience. At the beginning it was weird, because I wasn’t be accustomed to live with other person. Then,  I did my best to feel me comfortable in my own home again. This was difficult, because the personality of my friend ended up exhausting my patience. I talked with he, and the next year I will live with other person. The good news that is we are still friends and I learned a lot about my friends, for better or worse.

One of the better things that happened this year it was the news that my sister was pregnant. Everyone in my family we were waiting for this news and We had feel very very happy. Today my sister has 39 weeks and my nephew is will born soon. I think that this news is the more important thing that I happened to me in this year.

This year I've done everything: I began a job, I dance again, I traveled, etc. and nothing it were planned, so I'll let continue to amaze me year.

I think this year, beyond being full of important events, have been a year of reflection for me, I've matured a lot and I've learned to deal with different situations. Really, I’m waiting for next year!!

Dancing for the life

In today's post I'm going to talk about my favorite activity in my life. I have always been a restless girl, and I love to move!! I remember when I was seven or eight years old, a ballet teacher arrived to my school  and I began to take dancing classes.

In the first moment I didn't like the ballet classes, because I thought that it was boring… then I preferred dancing other styles like flamenco, Arabic dance, or contemporary dance.

When I was growing up, I realized about the importance that the technical classes (academic ballet class) had for my development as a dancer, but I think that it was late when I realized.

In secondary school I began to take academic ballet classes and spent most of the time dancing. This was the perfect time for me. Also, I remember that even instead of  studying for the PSU, I prefer red to dance and create choreographies and compete. The most important competition that I participated with my academy “Ballet de Cámara Grandjeand”,  it was the “Latino Americano de Danza” in the “Cúpula del Parque O’Higgins”, in this opportunity I won an award for my interpretation in a “solo” and the third place with a group choreography. 

Currently, I retook the dance classes I had abandoned after entering the university and has been the best thing that has ever happened to me in recent times!! and I would recommend everybody to never stop doing what you really love!!!

My future job

Hi! Today I will write about my future job. Really is very difficult for me think in this topic, because if well it right, I'm in fourth year career of sociology, yet I don’t have my future job clear. However, what if that I know is that I want work in the public sector, because I want that my work to have meaning for the society more than for the Market.

Really, that I being the restless person that I am, I know that I wouldn't  like be indoors at a office all time, therefore I would like a job where I go out and interact with people, gather opinions, experiences, etc.. I thinking fine, I would feel comfortable working in a Municipality or somewhere similar job.

More than to travel around the world; I would like to meet many realities, persons of all social classes, etc. because that's what excites me: talking to people, knowing their problems and providing possible solutions to systematize them together. And I think that if I’m working in the public sector, this is possible.

In this moment, an area that motivates me a lot is the sociology of education. I’m also working in it so I would be happy to continue in a related job, such as the Ministry of Education, or DAE in a Municipality, etc.

The new law of alcohol

This year, at two year since that was enacted the new alcohol law or “ley Emilia” for whom drive under the influence of alcohol in our country, has been news more than once. This law is an amendment to the law regarding traffic offense of driving while intoxicated. This new law makes tougher penalties and reduces the quantity allowed of grams of alcohol in the blood than on the previous law. In a first moment the sanction for whom were caught while intoxicated, was the suspension of your driver's license. Today this is different because has been increased the penalties, risking jail sentence.

In our country this was shocking because the twenty five percent of the accident occur by the ingestion of alcohol. Also, the chileans according studios, we are very imprudents for driver. This law has a positive consequence in the reduction of de accidents and deaths cause for alcohol intake. In the Conacet report of this year, it is reported that the years 2012 and 2013 had the lowest number of Alcohol deaths of the last 12 years. This generates that after period Law Zero Tolerance has been positive.

Movies

Today I going to write about Tarzan because is the first film that I remember enjoyed when I was the child. I will always remember this movie because were the  first time that I  went to the cinema. This movie was released in the 1999 year when I had 7 years old... I also remember that when I went to the see Tarzan were  the day of my birthday and was beautiful, all were bigger and better than in the tv of my house. I remember few detail of the movie because I went very  little girl but I remember that I was very sad when the tiger killed Tarzan's parents.

Now I have not preference for the cinema -although I will not forget how pleasant it was the first time- because I dont like both watch movies!!!  I prefer ride a bicycle, dance or visit some friends.  I only watch movies when my boyfriend is home.
The film that we saw  recently together was Neighbors. This is a 2014 American comedy film, directed by Nicholas Stoller and the film stars Seth Rogen and Zac Efron, with Rose Byrne, Dave Franco, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse. the movie is are a young couple with a newborn daughter, they has lived still until one day arrive new neighbors, they were a fraternity that brought many problems. If you likes the comedy film it have watchs, because accomplish its purpose, is very funny :)
